When booking your appointment you will receive a notification through our Fresha system, which will ask you to input your card details to accept our 48 hour cancellation policy. This is a secure system and we won’t take any payment at this stage. We require you to confirm the appointment as soon as possible. Failure to do so, may result in your appointment being cancelled.
Those who cannot put their card details into the system, for whatever reason, must pay a 50% booking fee, to secure the appointment.
If you intend to use a gift voucher to pay for your treatment, you can show us this and we can confirm this as acceptance of our 48 hour cancellation policy.
We understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for either cancellation or reschedule, as this gives us time to fill the appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. No shows are subject to 100% payment. This will be taken directly from the card details that we have on file or the voucher that you have presented will be redeemed.
If you show up late to your appointment, this may mean that your treatment time is cut short or we may not be able to carry out the treatment at all. Full payment will be required.
We do ask for card details at the time of booking but we don’t take any payment unless you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours (50%) or don’t show (100%). Full payment will be taken at your appointment and can be made either by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, cash or valid gift vouchers.
No refunds will be given.
New customers wishing to book a lash lift, eyelash tint or eyebrow tint, must call in for a patch test no later that 24 hours prior to appointment. Existing customers must have received the lifting/tinting procedure previously within 6 months. If they haven’t they must call for a new patch test. Tinting and lifting procedures will not be carried out on anyone under the age of 16.
We will not carry out any lifting or tinting procedure without a patch test or proof of age, as this is a legal requirement from our insurance company.
